  1. Put eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water by 2 cm. Bring to a boil, cover, turn off the heat, and stand for 12 minutes.
  2. Transfer to ice water for 10 minutes, then peel. Cut in half lengthwise and remove yolks.
  3. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spoon or pipe filling into egg whites and garnish with dill.
  5. Serve with optional tomatoes and cheese as pictured, or refrigerate covered until ready.
