Whipped cinnamon & honey butter
Softened butter beaten with measured honey, cinnamon and a little salt until pale and airy.
Ingredients
Volumes are approximate. For baking, use a scale; Metric keeps the specified gram weights.
Let’s make it
- Allow cubed butter about 30 minutes to soften until easily indented but still opaque and solid; a cold room may need longer. Do not melt it.
- Beat butter with a hand mixer in a medium bowl for 2 minutes until creamy, stopping to scrape the sides and beaters.
- Add all honey, cinnamon and salt. Beat at medium speed for 3–4 minutes, scraping halfway, until evenly colored and aerated. Stop if the butter looks glossy or begins melting.
- Stand in a cool place 5 minutes, then serve or cover and refrigerate. Divide into 12 equal portions by weight or equal shares, not by an assumed whipped volume. No extra honey drizzle or cinnamon garnish is included.
- Keep refrigerated and use within 1 week. Soften only the portion needed for about 10 minutes before serving. Contains honey: do not serve to children under 12 months. Contains milk; honey makes this unsuitable for a vegan tag.

Calculation notes & sources
ESTIMATED per serving. Brand, crop, preparation, draining, pan residue and substitutions change actual nutrition. Not laboratory analysis. Each ingredient retains its primary food description and state. All listed ingredient masses are counted; cooking moisture changes do not change the stated portion count. No generic nutrient-retention factor is invented. Calories are kcal; protein, total carbohydrate, fat and total sugar are grams. Total carbohydrate includes fiber and is not net carbohydrate. Fiber and sodium are not displayed. Equal portions or explicitly counted items define the stated recipe yield. US/Metric display changes do not change these canonical inputs. Primary-source supplements are retained per ingredient where USDA lacks a field; missing values are never silently changed to zero. Twelve equal shares; aeration changes volume rather than total nutrients. Butter and honey brand variation remains. Vegetarian/Gluten-Free ingredients subject to labels; contains milk and is not vegan.
