Let’s make it

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes per side until flesh is pearly and opaque throughout. Transfer to a clean plate.
  2. Add remaining oil, garlic, and tomatoes. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in beans, broth, and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Return shrimp and heat through. Remove from heat, then add lemon juice and parsley.
