  2. Beat butter and sugars until creamy. Mix in egg and vanilla.
  3. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt, then fold in chocolate chunks.
  4. Press evenly into the skillet. Bake for 20–25 minutes until edges are golden and the center is set without raw dough.
  5. Let cool for at least 15 minutes. The handle stays hot; use oven mitts. Add small scoops of ice cream just before serving.
