  1. Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8½-by-4½-inch loaf pan.
  2. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Separately whisk granulated sugar, eggs, yogurt, oil, lemon zest, and 2 tbsp lemon juice.
  3. Fold dry ingredients into wet until just combined. Transfer to pan.
  4. Bake for 45–55 minutes until a tester comes out without wet batter. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then on a rack.
  5. Mix powdered sugar with 1–2 tbsp remaining lemon juice to make a thick glaze. Drizzle over the fully cooled loaf.
